ENGAGE IO vs Guilded for Gaming
A typical gaming setup runs 3 servers. No longer available. Guilded shut down on 19 December 2025.
The gap that matters for gaming servers
Guilded was popular with gaming communities because tournaments, scheduling, and voice were built into the platform rather than bolted on. Roblox shut it down on 19 December 2025, so none of that is available: the apps show a sunset screen and guilded.gg redirects to Roblox Communities, which only works inside Roblox. A clan evaluating tools today is choosing between Discord bots, not platforms.
What Guilded costs at gaming scale
There is no price to compare, because there is no product. What replaces Guilded's built-in features for a three-server gaming org is Discord plus an engagement bot: voice-minute points instead of built-in voice activity, raffles and quests instead of the events calendar, and role milestones instead of Guilded's rank structure, at no cost on ENGAGE IO's free tier.
Setup and migration for a gaming server
If your clan came from Guilded, rebuild the ladder before rebuilding the schedule: members care most about visible rank. Guilded's export tool closed with the shutdown, so treat progression as a fresh start and grandfather veterans manually into equivalent roles rather than trying to reconstruct history.
The switching mistake gaming servers make
Clans that built on Guilded's tournament and calendar features lost them when the platform closed, and the reflex is to look for a single replacement. There is not one: the bracket, the calendar and the engagement layer are now separate tools, and planning for one product is what stalls these migrations.

FAQ
Is Guilded still available for gaming communities?▼
No. Roblox shut Guilded down on 19 December 2025 and redirected it to Roblox Communities, which exists only inside Roblox and is not a Discord bot. Gaming communities that used Guilded for tournaments and voice have moved to Discord with an engagement bot for attendance and events.
What replaces Guilded's built-in voice activity tracking?▼
On Discord, a bot has to supply it. ENGAGE IO awards points per voice minute with occupancy and mute checks, which covers scrim and match-night attendance that Guilded tracked at the platform level.
Includes a 2-week premium trial when you add the bot.
